We’re Riding for Something Bigger This October

We’re excited to officially announce a new partnership between BrainBike USA and Crescent Community Health Center, who will serve as the primary beneficiary of this year’s Fall Fondo on October 24.

From the beginning, our goal with the Fall Fondo has been simple: create an unforgettable riding experience that also makes a meaningful impact right here in our community.

Crescent Community Health Center does exactly that every day by providing accessible, high-quality care across medical, dental, brain health, and pharmacy services for individuals and families throughout the Dubuque area. “Crescent Community Health Center is excited to partner with Brain Bike USA to promote whole-person wellness by pairing physical activity with mindfulness,” said Jon Decker, Director of Brain Health at Crescent CHC. “We know that caring for the mind, body, and spirit can help support a healthier mental headspace, strengthen resilience, and make it easier for people to engage with the world around them and navigate life’s challenges.”

This year, a portion of proceeds from the Fall Fondo will support Crescent’s work, helping expand access to brain health care while addressing some of our community’s most pressing healthcare needs. Additionally, fondo riders will have the option to raise funds that will be contributed directly to Crescent’s brain health initiatives.

The ride itself will showcase some of the best terrain our area has to offer—bluff climbs, scenic overlooks, and a signature ferry crossing of the Mississippi River that makes this event truly one of a kind.
